HỎI:  Công ty tôi thành lập năm 2006 với mức vốn đã đăng ký là 10 tỷ và hiện nay công ty tôi muốn giảm vốn xuống còn 1,5 tỷ có được không? Có qui định nào cho việc giảm vốn công ty TNHH không? Rất mong quý Luật sư trả lời giúp tôi Trân trọng kính chào

Trường hợp của quý ông (bà) có thể thực hiện đăng ký giảm vốn tại Phòng Đăng ký kinh doanh Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, số 30 Lê Thánh Tôn, Quận 1

Về Thủ tục thay đổi vốn kinh doanh, quý ông (bà) có thể tham khảo tại trang web Sở kế hoạch và Đầu tư http://dpi.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/Tiếng Việt/thủ tục đăng ký kinh doanh và biểu mẫu chi tiết/thay đổi vốn kinh doanh
